It’s a very off-the-beaten path, but with exceptional hiking, captivating English blended with island culture, suitable meals, and even the world’s maximum remote golf course. The airport alone makes it worth a visit, as they basically shaved down a mountain to make it feasible. St. Helena is probably no longer on your quick listing, but it must be on your bucket list.
